Soft Service Executive

You will ensure we provide good housekeeping services; by coordinating with the site vendors for services like landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, facade cleaning, housekeeping machines, cleaning material, cradle machine etc. You will also be assisting Team Manager /Property Manager with any assigned projects and providing backup as and when required.
Operation Executive

In this role, you will be our go-to guy when it comes to managing our site’s daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. You will develop and carry out an elaborate preventative program for managing sites. You will also make sure that all essential site activities including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems and equipment are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams.
Technical Executive

You will be ensuring that all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in building, managing engineering team and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants.
Multi Skilled Technician Executive

You will be involved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. To do this, you’ll need to regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities, and take note of any problems using the predefined checklists. Also part of your responsibilities is to walk the duty technicians through weekend work plans, and give out technical recommendations, as needed
Help Desk Executive

Constantly on the go, you’ll give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them and our employees along the way. You are responsible for maintaining the Club, banquet and complaint Management. Accountant

Work with account team to complete manual journal postings before monthly closing. Complete month end financial reports and reconciliation on timely and accurate manner. Provide JDE finance support to site staff & account team via emails or phone calls. Archive all related documentations for audit purpose.
